Monosolenium tenerum
Monosolenium tenerum, commonly known as Pellia, is a liverwort species native to East Asia (India, Nepal, China, Taiwan, Japan, and Hawaii). Despite its common name suggesting it's a moss, it's actually a liverwort that forms dense, dark green cushions or mats. In aquariums, it remains at the bottom
